Our Work
Our work centers on curating, creating, and facilitating art experiences that explore identity and memory. We lead exhibitions, restoration projects, and conservation initiatives while designing workshops and programs that use art as a tool for holistic therapeutic practices.

Santa Cruz Watershed Collaborative
In collaboration with the Santa Cruz Watershed Collaborative, Living2Portraits Art Studio facilitates a community art class exploring the past, present, and future of the Santa Cruz River. Participants engage in storytelling and visual expression to reflect on the river’s ecological and cultural significance. The project includes the creation of a mobile mural—designed to travel and spark dialogue—and individual artworks that capture personal connections to the watershed. Rooted in conservation, restoration, and healing practices, this initiative uses art to deepen environmental awareness, preserve cultural memory, and inspire collective responsibility for the river’s future.
